About this job
Responds to authorizations and referrals from VA and providers regarding all aspects of the VA Program. Will recieve inbound calls from Veterans and their beneficiaries regarding scheduling appointments, medical records, and referral/authorizations forms.
In-Bound Reps recieve a lot of calls from upset Veterans, who want answers right away, and can at times be impatient. Qualifed candidates will need to have a thick skin, and not take things personally.
Must have at leaste 1 year of call center experience.
