Our bartenders don’t just pour beer and mix drinks, they are responsible for taking our guests to the next level! As a bartender you will be working in a fast-paced, guest-centric, team focused environment which focuses on fulfilling our guests' needs by:
- Demonstrating genuine hospitality
- Taking accurate orders and partnering with fellow team members to serve beverages that exceed guests' expectations
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the club
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Attempt to limit problems related to customers’ excessive drinking by following established procedures
Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Guest focused
- Previous bartending experience a plus
- ServSafe Alcohol or other Responsible Alcohol training a plus
- Standing for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
