Direct Hire opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Customer Service Representative for a plumbing and heating parts company. Will be responsible for scheduling product for shipment either online, or on the phone; calling existing customers to upsell, and assist with customers questions, or resolving customer issues. Must be flexible to assist in warehouse, or counter when necessary. Salary, but no commission.

Requirements
Must have 3-5 years inside sales/customer service experience, knowledgeable with shipping terms, parts, HVAC or plumbing parts knowledge a major plus. Must have MS Office proficiency, excellent communication skills.
