We are looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service. This position reports to our Front Office Manager. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language Excellent human relations skills; cheerful/accommodating demeanor Front Office experience and knowledge of front office/reservations systems Keyboarding skills
