Billing Manager

This individual will be responsible will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle department. This person will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Billing Department to include claims processing. They will be responsible for managing a team of four billers and corresponding with COO and VP. Oversees all payment posting activities, both insurance and patient payments. Experience with Telcor is highly preferred. Works with COO and VP to coordinate new hire training and on-site training for new and existing staff members. Manages, trains, coaches, develops, and supervises all Billing Team members in claims and payment posting functions and processes.

They are looking for an individual with toxicology or genetic experience to lead their small team of billers. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of managerial experience, familiarity with lab billing and ICD-10 coding.
