Customer Service Rep

Now hiring Call Center Reps in North Phoenix!

• $9/hr base pay plus $1.50/hr attendance bonus PLUS commission for sales
• Average reps are making$12/hr and up!

The ideal candidate must be:

• Enthusiastic and dedicated to providing superior customer service
• assist with telephone and Internet customer inquiries
• Highly motivated and can recognize and seize opportunities for our customers
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to navigate on the Internet, Computer savvy

Minimum requirements:

• 6 months sales experience in which you have met or exceeded individual sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.

Work Environment: Inbound Call Center: Long tables lined with computers and phones. Not cubicles

Shifts vary between 6am-10pm

Please Note training for the first two weeks is M-F, upon completing training you will have one weekday off and either Saturday OR Sunday.
