About this job
Our client is currently seeking a temporary shipping clerk for their facility located near Farmingdale, NY.
Hours: 1st shift Monday - Friday
The ideal candidate will have previous experience picking and packing orders, manifesting, shipping orders and operation of RF Scanners, Sit down/Standup forklifts and electric walkie. MUST be computer proficient.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Fulfilling customer orders by picking products using a handheld scanner
Packaging products for shipping
Manifesting shipping materials
Stage and load outbound trucks
Operate machinery such as sit down/standup forklifts and an electric walkie.
This is a temporary assignment ideal for those not working.
Pay rate is contingent upon experience up to $13.00 per hour.
