IT Analyst II - Full-time / Part-time

Summary:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks related to databases, programming and applications. Utilizes SQL Programming for database administration, can create, write and troubleshoot reports and database issues. Has C-Sharp programming skills and experienced in object oriented programming. Has extensive background and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Macros.

Essential Functions:

• Sets up, administers, manages and performance tunes database environments
• Creates and manages stored procedures
• Performs scripting and querying in order to create and tune reports
• Provides full support of Microsoft desktop applications, namely Work and Excel functionalist
• Provides debugging support for ERP Administrator in C-Sharp or X++ programming language
• Supports ERP system changes by testing and verification of code change
• Installs new software on workstations as necessary
• Provides daily support on all computer hardware and software
• Works within safety guidelines at all times
• Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

BS degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college. Minimum three (3) years directly related experience.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of personal computer networks
• Ability to set-up Windows workstations to run both network and stand-alone software
• Strong knowledge of database administration
• Knowledge of C-Sharp and/or X++ programming language
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and have good public relations skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
• Must be able to Lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
