PrideStaff is currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Client Service Representative on behalf of one of our established clients in South St. Louis. This position will be a full-time, temp-to-hire position, and with comprehensive benefits upon hire.
**Candidates MUST be Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance**
Pay: $12.00+ an hour
Job Description:
- Candidates must be comfortable using a computer, the internet, and phone system
- Access information from the company system data base for answers to customers’ and clients’ questions
- Ability to answer incoming calls to clarify billing questions, quote company insurance policies, suggestively sell insurance services and more to potential/existing clients and customers
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to provide education, support, updated information and more about their current insurance policies/services
- Work independently with minimal direction and supervision -- with ability to be proactive, prioritize work and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Success in this position requires you become well informed of multiple service offerings and related cost structures, effectively relay value in recommending solutions to clients, manage documentation required to setup new clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients / partners
Job Requirements:
- Must be licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance
- 1 year or more of Insurance Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to learn company software
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
- Must provide 2 work references (no personal references please)
- Must be able to follow attendance and cell phone policy
