Firefighter/First Responder/Security Officer

A Firefighter/First Responder/Security Officer is responsible for providing fire prevention, suppression and life and property protection for emergency and medical incidents, as well as vehicle and equipment maintenance and records and reporting duties. Much of the day when there is not emergency is spent in training, reporting, and securing the premises of the manufacturing facility location.

Qualifications
A successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Demonstrate a stable work history, preferably with firefighter or first responder experience
• Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessment, interviews, and personality profile (behavioral assessments).

Qualified candidates will be certified as a Firefighter, possess or obtain a CPR certification, and complete all pre-employment testing, including physical exam, agility test, written exams, manual dexterity and strength testing for firefighters. Continual access to the internet for testing and communication is necessary for the hiring process.
