Customer Service Rep

Our client has a call center in Brooklyn Park that takes inbound calls for 7 major markets: twin cities, madison, milwaukee, denver, atlanta, and salt lake city. They will be handling between 50 and 100 inbound calls per day with anything auto collision related, they will take orders, might do 3rd party calls to set up the claims, dispatch, quoting sales prices, order processing, and a variety of other duties. This position provides customer service leading to successful sale or processing insurance claim assignments of replacement or repair over the phone.

Due to growth they are hiring. They look for very personable individuals who have good work history, customer service experience, and excellent attendence records.

Responsibilities:
-Answer multi-line phones in a timely manner
-Document customer information accurately
-Determine needs of customer
-Use appropriate scripting relevant to the call
-Schedule estimate of repair
-Locate the closest repair center convenient for customer (DRP/non-DRP)
-Arrange for towing if non-drivable vehicle log and dispatch towing operations
-Schedule rental vehicles if needed
-Provide customer information to repair center
-Follow up with the customer (as needed)
-Schedule repairs by placing estimate follow-up calls
-Document contact information within information management system

Qualifications

High School Diploma
1 year of customer service experience, good sales ability/customer service ability

Must Have:
-Minimum of 1 year inbound call center sales experience
-Minimum of 1 year high volume call experience at least 50 calls per day

3:30pm - 9:30pm Mon through Friday and
8:00am - 3pm Sat
