Client Care Manager - Inside Sales - Marketing - Full-time / Part-time

The goal of the Internal Client Care Manager is to (1) manage all aspects of Client Inquiries coming in to the office (2) enable and support the External Client Care Manager (CCM) team in being successful in the field with the appropriate sales and marketing tools/resources needed to drive business. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to client inquiries, seeking out new clients and managing client relationship
• Solving client problems and ensuring satisfactory care
• Managing client files and information in our company database
• Promoting the company image through internet marketing, social media, and business relationships
• Maintaining the company website using simple web-editing skills
• Developing sales and marketing collateral using Adobe

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong sales and marketing skills
• A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience with Adobe Indesign and Exact Target
• Minimal web-design and editing skills
• The ability to be self-motivated, work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Requirements:

• Four year degree in Business or Marketing
• Sales experience
• Marketing experience
• A love of people
• Strong technical aptitude with high degree of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Internet applications
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a variety of issues with successful outcomes and demonstrated openness to new ideas and approaches
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
