Job Description:
Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for up to 45 daily work orders
Request and negotiate freight (Pickup and delivery)
Be able to handle the national pickups and quote ocean rates
Schedule pick up times
Communicate with local and international Agents
Resolver customer/agent issues
Work Environment:
Hours are 8:30AM to 5:30 PM + OT
Caribtrans provides logistics services to Latin America- Spanish is a must
Dress code is business casual (no jeans)
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3 years of recent related experience
Must have working knowledge of local and national carriers (Trucking companies)
Must have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
Must be proficient using a computer (Internet surfing, spreadsheets, logs, AS3400, email)
Performance Expectations:
Performance is measured by work order completion accuracy, customer/agent complaint, follow up times, and organization
Additional Compensation:
