Snagajob is hiring a ReadyHire Screening Specialist to help provide a world-class service experience for both our clients and our job seekers. ReadyHire is an innovative solution that bundles several technologies to source, screen and schedule job seekers for interviews. As a Screening Specialist, you’ll help source, screen and schedule hourly candidates for our clients ReadyHire events. This is an ON CALL, TEMPORARY position.

What We'll Expect:

• Work internally with the ReadyHire team, Account Executives, and Account Managers to screen and schedule hourly and management applicants for upcoming hiring events
• Talk to jobseekers, via email, phone and text messaging, to understand their previous experience, answer questions about an upcoming event, and provide them with world-class customer service
• Work both independently and in a team environment to constantly adjust and improve the current jobseeker recruitment process
• Embody our company values (collaboration, passion and accountability) and contribute to the entrepreneurial success of ReadyHire

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in recruitment/online recruitment or human capital management preferred
• Fluent in MS Excel and Gmail
• Exceptionally organized
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent listening and assessment skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence and ability to influence others
• Flexible work schedule
