Sales Operations Specialist
People who excel as Sales Operations Specialist have a natural ability to lead others and be able to keep projects on track. In this role, you'll act as an enthusiastic coach to motivate our Retail team to learn, strive for improvement, and feel a real sense of pride in pleasing customers. This position also demands that you be diligent about tracking numbers-making clear sense of the financial data and making your next action plan. With an eye on the big picture, and a constant tally on the specifics, you'll steer the way to success.
Responsibilities
Working in conjunction and under the direction of the Field Operations Manager, the responsibilities will include:
•Conduct regular audits
•Work with management team to develop and evaluate standards for operations
•Contribute to and encourage the development of positive, team oriented working relationships
• Assist with creation and maintenance of policy and procedures
•Use regular meeting with store managers and staff to discuss day to day operations
•Insure retail stores maintain proper appearance and traffic flow
•Provide admin support as required
•Prepare for and participate in meetings
•Manage and perform special projects as assigned
•Promote effective communication

•Operational and financial performance management
•Advanced personnel training, coaching and development skills
• Retail Management Experience a plus
• Track record of high personal performance
•Talent for motivating a successful Retail team
•Possess a high level of energy, integrity & execution skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
•Must have own transportation
