Personal Care Assistants are needed 2 hours each in mornings (7:00-9:00 a.m.) and afternoons (4:00-6:00 p.m.) weekdays (M-F) in Carencro to help participants get ready in the morning and transported to the PACE center located at the old Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette and returned to their homes in the evening. On weekends help is needed on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and on Sundays 3:00-7:00 p.m. No transportation needed on the weekend. Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name required. One year's experience working with the elderly and clean background report necessary. The same person does not have to do both shifts, or both weekdays and weekends. This may also be scheduled as 7 days on, 7 off.
