Description

This position requires the following certification: BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst)

Georgia MENTOR is seeking a Behavioral Analyst to develop behavioral plans and provide training in applied behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred. Develops behavioral plans and provides behavioral support services, training, and oversight, and other direct services to program participants. Directs program participant contact in effecting behavioral change, primarily in the area of activities of daily living, replacement behaviors, and social skills. Provides direct services in the residence job site, and within the community on an individual or group basis. Submits monthly data analyses/graphs indicating objectives, strategies, and results obtained. Master's Degree in psychology or related field and one year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, development and implementation of behavior plans, staff training and development


This individual will work with supervisors in the development, implementation, maintenance and generalization of behavioral change. The Behavioral Analyst will be responsible for consult with staff, insurance providers, lawyers, service providers post-discharge and family on treatment recommendations and progress; and participate in family education and therapy as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Board Certification - BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst)
  • Master's Degree in psychology or related field and one year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training and development.
  • Provide standard Applied Behavior Analyis services (conduct functional behavior assessments, develop, monitor, and implement behavior support plans, data analysis.
  • Statewide travel required (60%-75%)
