We look forward to working with you!! _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS: * Initial hourly pay rate is determined by previous work experience. * Bi-Weekly pay period, Paychecks issued on Thursday. * Online training and hands on training are provided. * Evaluations after thirty scheduled working days, then every 120 days thereafter. * Part Time or Full Time availability. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ TEAM LEADER POSITIONS: (In addition to requirements above) * Minimum of one year in a supervisory experience in food service environment. * Franchise operations online certification completion required. * Flexible availability with full dedication to job. * Minimum scheduled 35 hour work week. * Represent our business in a professional and positive manner at all times. * Ensure the profitability of the business by overseeing operational shifts. * Follow the established operational guidelines and requirements for food cost and labor control. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Management and Multi-Unit District Management Positions: (In addition to requirements above) * Salary of position based in performance * High School Diploma / G.E.D * Minimum of one year experience in Management within food service environment. * Minimum scheduled 50 hour work weeks. * Open Availability with full dedication to job. * Franchise operations online certification completion. * Current and Valid Serve-Safe certification. * Representation of our business in a professional and positive manner at all times. * Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. * Store specific analysis in marketing, including implementation, planning and execution. * Ensure maintenance of all restaurant equipment within company compliance guidelines. * Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all company Policies and Procedures. * Follow the established operational guidelines and requirements for food cost and labor control. * Complete and comprehensive knowledge of Opening, Closing, Full daily operations the restaurant. * Complete and comprehensive knowledge of Weekly Inventory and Sales Reports. * Complete and comprehensive knowledge of Daily / Weekly inventory reporting & control. * Complete and comprehensive knowledge of Scheduling & Training all store staff. * Reporting to the District Manager / Senior Managers / Owner directly on a Daily / Weekly basis. * Maintain awareness and participation in community affairs to take advantage of potential sales and public relations opportunities. * Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of excellent customer service, quality, and cleanliness while maintaining a cheerful and fun work environment. * Perform all store specific interviewing, training and disciplining employees in a professional, timely manner. * Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule. * Attend monthly company meetings to review current sales, business materials and company initiatives. * Communicate any and issues and opportunities which may impact business to the District Manager / Senior Managers / Owner. * Promptly accomplish any other duties assigned by District Manager / Senior Managers / Owner. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ HOW TO APPLY FOR WORK WITH OUR COMPANY: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!
