Job Description

This position is within Corporate Trust Services (CTS) - Document Custody.

*Please note: Position hours are 8:30 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.

Performs entry level general operation tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature within the CTS Document Custody Vault. Duties by means of the documents or collateral files may include: filing, sorting, photocopying, receive requests for release, pull collateral to be released to requester and scan bar codes all according to departmental expectations. Perform routine shifting of files to accommodate new inventory. Assist with special projects or duties as assigned. Works under close supervision while following established procedures and may perhaps assist Work Director, Operations Processor 2 and Operations Processor 3 in the resolution of customer issues. Job duties involve walking standing, reaching, bending, and stretching for sustained periods of time, and the ability to climb a step stool.

Required Qualifications

6+ months of experience in a production or general office environment
