The Front Desk Agent is an essential member of the Rooms team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Front Desk Agent provides assistance to our Rooms team by checking in guests and taking guest requests to ensure guest requests and rooms are cleaned to exacting standards in the resort.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! This position is an entry level position; however experience is preferred. Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required. The Front Desk Agent position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach to any task.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
