SUMMARY: Distribute and monitor daily work assignments for the Central Cashier Facility Team that process all revenues from USF, IOA, and City Walk.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans and schedules the daily workflow assignments for CCF Team Members. Approximately 500 to 2000 items process daily.
- Updates and provides feedback to team on metric data. Provides input for employee performance reviews and counseling.
- Responsible for verifying daily deposits and cash on hand in the Vault.
- Assists Vault team members in resolving any balancing problems. Organizes and files all Vault support documentation. Ensures all equipment is working properly.
- Adheres to the internal and dual control policies of UO and meet the minimum average of 2 points or below for over/short matrix points.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is required.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years: Prior bank teller experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excel knowledge required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A background check is mandatory and results must meet Universal Orlando’s background check criteria.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to:
- Regularly (2/3 of the time or more) talk, sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods (including ability to walk at a given pace that is predetermined by a moving sidewalk), hear audible alarms, voice commands with background noise, use hands and fingers to grip, pinch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, repeat motions more than twice per minute, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, reach, pull, push with hands and arms above/below head, display repetition-using an input device-a keyboard or mouse-in a steady manner, maintain concentration/focus (e.g., ability to interpret the work environment and make decisions on predetermined operating policies and procedure), lift/push up to 35 pounds with control, work in small or tight spaces.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision with or without corrective lens (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision with or without corrective lens (clear vision at 20 feet or more); depth perception (vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point).
- Will require a valid Florida state driver’s license.
