Responsible for the delivery of excellence in patient care through assessing,

formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing

intervention and evaluating patient care outcomes. With the staff nurse's

professional practice he/she Responsible for participating in and maintaining

EDUCATION

and LICENSURE REQUIRED:

High School Diploma/GED

Minimum Experience: Five (5) years of experience in donor phlebotomy

Minimum

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge and ability to

perform blood donor phlebotomy and apheresis.

Specific knowledge

of regulatory requirements as related to blood donation.

Good driving

record. Valid Texas drivers license.

Ability to

lift minimum of 50 pounds.

Position Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee all phases of the operations of the mobile

blood drive.
