Qualifications:
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
- Microsoft Word/Excel experience
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Flexibility to work an 8 hour shift between M-F 6am-8pm
Job Description:
Associates will be responsible for conducting research to resolve discrepancies between the document received and the system of record by performing business to business callouts and following outline policies and procedures.
