This position is responsible for being the primary Service Support coordinator for low to high activity level Strategic/Enterprise Account(s) with high sensitivity. This position functions as the liaison between the Customer Support Center, Direct Service and Strategic Customers to monitor and resolve deployment and service issues and ensure effective communication, as well as other customer related issues.


Coordinate service personnel to arrive and perform duties for install/movement for multiple high activity accounts:
Participate in Internal Conference Calls
Provide Email and Verbal notifications to Service Personnel
Update Install Notes in SAP Notification
Tracking the scheduled delivery and install dates through:
BW Order Log
SAP
Warehouse Scheduler

Coordination of collecting Customer Required information to complete install of hardware and solutions and distribution to Field Service Staff (i.e., networking, contacts, addresses, customer asset tag info).
Emailing/Mailing Customer Welcome Packets.
Creating Customer Mail Merged Sign-offs and providing to Field Service Staff Coordination of technician / driver security to Access Customer Site.
Perform follow-up to ensure install was completed timely and accurately.
Part Number Report and Debriefs.
vCare Web Export and Database Update.
Resolve internal/external escalations as needed on the day of deployment to ensure installation on the first visit.
Responsible for distribution of internal/external reporting to track customer project:
Import data from different sources to update departmental database.
Provide customer feedback/reporting on project status.


MUST HAVES:
Microsoft Excel Sums, formulas, v-lookups, pivot tables
Account Management Project Management
Proven Problem Solving Skills
Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access would be a big plus, but it's not required for them to be totally proficient with it.
Associates Degree or higher with relevant work experience
1+ years working in a professional office environment
1+ years in client/customer services or account management / account support experience
Proven communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks at the same time
Experience working in the service industry is a big plus


SHIFT: 10:30 - 7pm M- F or 8:30 - 5 M- F. Need to be flexible to work both.
