Job Description:

  • Intake Staffing Coordinator needed in this busy home health referral company.
  • This position requires coordination of all patient/client service request, acting as a liaison to facilitate communication between service request sources, patients/clients and the health care delivery agencies, and establishing accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable talking on the phones
  • Proficient with computers
  • Detail oriented self starter
  • Self-directed and able to work with little supervision
  • Medical terminalogy*

Schedule/Pay/Location:

  • Mon-Fri, 8-5 or 9-6, weekend shifts available but not madatory
  • $13-16/DOE, previous experience with Home Health/Medical Assistanting/CNA
