***Call Center Representative Opportunity Open in HARRISBURG, PA***
Job Duties:
- Handling inbound calls to enroll or assist customers with questions regarding health insurance.
- Working within internal computer system navigating information as necessary
- At times may have to assist with mailing, outboung calls, or data entry projects.
Qualifications:
- One year call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual a plus
- Good computer skills
- Training for 1.5 weeks hours will be 8am - 4:30pm. Then they will move to the regular shift which is 9:30-6 M - F
- Pay - $11/hr for CSR - Bilingual CSR - $12/hr
LONG TERM CONTRACT - chance they can get hired on after 90 - 120 days but that is pretty rare. They typically keep people on contract 8-12 months before considering to bring them on. - Attendance and reliability very important. No exact plan but typically a three strike rule.
- Training will be 1-2.5 weeks some in classroom and some on floor shadowing.
- Calls will be helping people who have already enrolled in Medicaid programs and have to choose a primary care physician and other programs.
- Have to be able to multi-task between tabs
- Prefer 1 year in a call center, medical experience
- Customers may have to re-enroll May 1st - this will increase their call volume
- They will also be calling on programs such as Healthy PA, PAIEB- About 80 calls per day
