About this job

As an Enrollment Representative, you will be responsible for enrolling new patients by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients, doctor's offices and insurance companies. Additionally, the Enrollment Representative will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage for new patients and re-verifying insurance for existing patients in order to comply with patient needs. As part of the Enrollment team, you will be providing customer care in a high-paced call center environment.

Shifts rotate between 7am-6pm Monday -- Friday. Flexible working hours are essential.

Additional responsibilities of the Enrollment Representative include:

- Utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills to correspond with patients, doctors, and insurance companies

- Working in a team environment

- Utilizing basic math skills

Required Qualifications - 3 months of experience in a healthcare setting

- 3 months of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with medial insurance verification

- Experience working prior authorization or enrollment

- Pharmacy Technician is strongly preferred but not required

- Prior call center experience

Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
