Position Purpose: The Sr Manager of Digital creative directs the creative team on concept and production of advertising content for our Online banner Ads and Email campaigns. This position is responsible for hiring, motivating and inspiring the staff to produce the highest quality and engaging creative. Responsible for creating integrated Email/Banner campaigns collaborating with the CRM strategic team, Marketing, Online team and other cross channel partners for driving interconnected customer experiences. This position will be responsible for ensuring all advertising is on brand and delivers against company goals and strategy. Ensures a customer centric focus to all creative advertising in these channels and delivers the best possible customer experience. Ensures all creative is developed and distributed on time and for the lowest possible cost. This position will also help to ensure all efforts are cutting edge and we keep a keen focus on technology and the latest trends ensuring optimal efficiency and experience based on analytics.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
-40%-Leads the creative team managing day to day creative process and execution for all deliverables. Drives collaborative and integrated campaigns cross channel, oversees both internal teams and agency relationships.
-10%-Primary budget owner for internal budgets and resource tracking. Sets priorities based on workload and budget restraints.
-10%-Captains forward thinking opportunities geared towards creative test and learn, driving engagement, performance and production efficiency such as dynamic ad creation.
-10%-Helps set and define brand standards for various emails streams and banner advertising programs. Drives and maintains template, responsive approaches for ease of production when relevant.
-10%-Responsible for performance management and training of internal team.
-20%-Works closely with CRM Strategy team, Marketing and Online Team to ensure Email and Banner ads drive overall business goals and seamless customer experiences. Partners with Deployment Agencies, Publishers and Media Buying to ensure timely release of assets and versioning.

Nature and Scope: This position reports to Sr Director National Creative; This position has 5 Direct Reports

Environmental Job Requirements: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.Standard Minimum Qualifications:
-Must be eighteen years of age or older.
-Must pass the Drug Test.
-Must pass Background Check.
-Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.

Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Work Experience Required: 5

Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Working knowledge of traditional media with focus on digital media, Marketing, Production, and Finance, preferably with a retail background.
-Demonstrates thought leadership and tech savvy with ability to react quickly to change, multitask and set priorities.
-Provides best in class creative execution at lowest possible cost.
-Strong people skills and ability to tailor creative based on strategic briefs, business goals and various customer segments.
-Works cross functionally to collaborate for optimal customer experience.
-Strong work ethic, creative mindset, early adopter of new technology and platforms.
-Creative problem solver with ability to concept and present various solutions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
-Previous creative leadership experience in a retail environment or advertising agency preferred.
-Working knowledge of Apple OS, Adobe CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Flash, HTML/5, Responsive Design, Animation, CSS/3 and other design tools.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
-Previous management experience in hiring training and motivating creative teams.
-Experience in photo and copy direction.
-Knowledge of both traditional and digital production techniques.
-Budget management.
