Lab Technician

Currently seeking a Supply Chain Technician II to perform a variety of logistic activities in a cGMP manufacturing environment. This temporary position will be responsible for receiving, identifying, storing, counting, issuing and handling raw materials, intermediates and finished goods as well as packaging, and shipping functions, all performed via controlled ERP system and established procedures. This position may assist with material investigations, assembly of customer kits and production. This role requires an individual with attention to details, the ability to multi-task, and the knowledge and understanding of working in a regulated environment, ensuring GMP compliance is maintained.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in a logistics, scientific discipline or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 1-2years related experience with a demonstrated working knowledge of scientific and material handling related principles
• Materials handling experience in a cGMP environment in applying best work practices and techniques
• Background working with biologics or IVDs is preferred
• Desire to learn and excel with a focus on quality, detail and results
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and ERP/MRP systems
• Must be able to work weekends, off-shifts and overtime as required and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
