About this job
This company is currently going through a system change from Peoplesoft to SAP. During this transition they will use an intake process to create work orders in SAP to have all changes made. They will take the incoming data from peoplesoft, email requests etc and enter it into service requests in SAP. They Employee Service Specialists will then make the necessary changes and close out the ticket or request. Eventually once they have mastered the ticket request conversion they will then start to work the tickets that they have entered into SAP and close them out once completed.
