Vendor Analyst - VOE - Full-time / Part-time

The Vendor Analyst is the main driver of obtaining outstanding documentation to close a loan. The Vendor Analyst works collaboratively with vendors, the client, other operations teams and the Mortgage Banking team to obtain outstanding documents.



Responsibilities

- Your responsibilities will have great variety as client requests come in all shapes and forms.

- Creating/maintaining relationships with vendors for on-time delivery, reliable status response and geographic coverage

- Interaction with other teams and team members to keep them informed of the status of an order (including Mortgage Banking, Underwriting and Client Care Specialists)

- Requesting a status of employment, including position names and hire dates

- Obtaining and/or processing homeowners insurance needed to close loans by contacting companies or individuals outside of the company

- Obtaining and/or processing condo insurance and other condo documents needed to close loans by contacting companies or individuals outside of the company

- Ordering the payoffs for our client's current mortgages

- Researching online records for property location information
