Responsibilities include:
- creating plans of care for home care clients
- supervising services being provided in the homes of our elderly clients
- monitoring for quality, both through home visits and telephone calls
- acting as internal case manager
Education/experience requirements include:
- high school graduation or the equivalent
- RN license Massachusetts
- one year experience in the home care industry
- one year experience supervising PCA's/HHA's/CNA's
- valid driver's license and vehicle
