The Customer Service Representative III (CSR III) is responsible for leading the company s customer service department in best practices of customer relationship management (CRM), applying current technology to modernize all functional areas within the department, and to establish professional means of communication between customer service department and functional areas of the company, and also between the company and OEMs, distributors, resellers, agents, and end users of the company s products.

Requirements of the Position:
Education
- High school degree or equivalent, computer proficiency a plus.

Experience:
- 3 or more years of customer service or operations management
- Tier one automotive supplier knowledge preferred

Skills:
- Must be able to demonstrate team building experience
- Good mathematical, analytical and statistical aptitude.
- Proficient English written and oral skills mandatory.
- Spanish language skills desirable.
- Must be self-motivated and self-organized.

Physical:
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend and lift/slide up to 50 pounds short distances.
- Must have good sight and focusing abilities.
- Must maintain proper dress and behavior while performing duties.

Tasks / Duties of the Position:

The primary responsibility of the CSR III is the telephone and internet-based support for internal and external clients on products and commercial business issues.

Specific tasks include but are not limited to;

Establishing work procedures, organizing work flow and work schedules that support organizational and departmental standards, procedures and strategic initiatives.

Provides daily leadership to customer service staff to meet customer expectations.

Ensures timely processing of customer orders and helps resolves customer disputes.

Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency.
