We are a leading Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee organization in Greater Philadelphia area. Our administrative office is located in downtown Philadelphia and very accessible by all means of public transportation.
We are looking for a part time office administrator who is organized, detail oriented, self-motivated with 1-2 years of previous experience. Job requires but not limited to the following.
- Have some basic computer skills- MS Word, Excel, outlook, PowerPoint
- Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system, Data Entries.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence
- Performing data entry and scanning documents
- Managing calendar for Directors
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Word processing
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
- Dealing with different vendors.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Managing and processing various HR functions.
- Strong growth potential for the right candidate.
- Salary ranges up to $ 11.00 per hour depending on the experience and expertise.
