Manage a team of two staff
Review balance sheet account reconciliations
Lead Pre-Close and Post-Close calls with Finance teams and Key Account Managers
Approve payments over $100,000
Review region scorecards
Review aging of balance sheet accounts and expired programs
Review and post journal entries
Perform customer analyses
Monitor SharePoint site
Train, develop and on-board staff
Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L analytics
Participate in cash flow forecasting process
Manage SOX and external audit requests
Perform other ad-hoc and project requests
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting and 5+ years of related experience required
Proficiency in Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and utilize multiple systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently, within a team, and cross-functionally
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
