The CLG team includes Home Lending, Consumer Credit Card, Personal Loans and Lines, Direct Auto, Dealer Services, Commercial Auto, Retail Services and Education Financial Services including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses - Human Resources, Finance, Credit Risk, and Compliance & Operational Risk.

Our Consumer Credit Solutions (CCS) Collections and Servicing team works with past-due customers to offer solutions for bringing credit card, student loan, personal line and loan, direct auto, retail services and deposit accounts up-to-date. The group also provides customer service for student loan and retail services accounts and works with customers to resolve disputed charges on credit card accounts.

The Administrative Assistant 3 for the Overdraft Collections and Recovery team will perform moderately complex to complex administrative tasks for a manager, department, and/or business unit.

Duties include:

Compiling information and preparing moderately complex reports using appropriate software Balancing routine general ledger lines and/or expense accounts Assisting with personnel/payroll processing and record keeping Assisting, screening and/or selectively referring callers Answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures May work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs May be responsible for providing support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting, customer/business documentation, sales and service goals May monitor and assist with forecasting monthly budget Performing special projects as requested

Required Qualifications

2+ years of administrative support experience

Desired Qualifications

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to schedule and plan meetings, events, and travel arrangements Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills Knowledge and understanding of human resources or recruiting practices Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization

Other Desired Qualifications

Prior experience providing administrative support to mid to senior level leaders Experience managing multiple calendars using outlook
