Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services General Manager 2 for a potential sale . This candidate would be the Environmental Director, and implement Sodexo processess and systems. This is a Mid size Acute Care hospital in West Central Ohio. The ideal candidate will have the ability to network and build relationships with staff and strong employee relations skills. Position Summary
Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
