Located just off Highway 59 south, in Livingston, TX , the 66-bed hospital provides more than 60,000 patient services each year, with half of those services being offered in the Level 4 Trauma-designated Emergency Department. CHI St. Luke's Health Memorial Clinics, a division of CHI St. Luke's Health Memorial, provides outpatient medical care located on the hospital campus. Looking for hands on General Manager for the 17 FTE environmental services department servicing our inpatients, outpatients and ED areas.......experience with Sodexo's Trakkar or similar technology for patient room and public area quality rounding and rating, employee training and providing results and action plans...... previous experience in HCAHPS patient satisfaction process required to include best practices for best outcomes.....

You will need to have exceptional communication, unit financial, interpersonal and technical skills are necessary. This individual must have good knowledge of Sodexo EVS operating systems. Overall, will need to motivate hourly staff and maintain cleaning quality to a very high level. Driving client engagement and patient/employee satisfaction is essential for the success of this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in successfully achieving consistent, high levels of customer satisfaction with patients, visitors, staff and multiple key clients. The selected candidate will also need to have the ability to hardwire systems in order to ensure a sustained effort of achieving standards and she/he must be diligent with follow through and visibility within the hospital.

Position Summary

Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree

Basic Management Experience - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
