We have a part-time opening for a Server.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

This position is responsible for the servicing activities at the assigned outlet for the Food & Beverage Department. Responsible for greeting guests in a timely and professional manner; making suggestions regarding food and beverages; taking and delivering orders; checking regularly for guests’ needs; answering any questions or concerns; monitoring guest alcohol consumption; setting and breaking down dining room; maintaining accurate guests cover count; and collecting payment for all food and beverages served.

• Knowledgeable on menu, food preparation, beer, liquor and wine programs.


• Cleans and polishes glassware, flatware and equipment.


• Stocks/replenishes an adequate supply of clean linen, flatware, glassware and china based on expected business volumes.


• Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar, kitchen service areas, back hallways and server side stations.


• Requests proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages


• Supports host staff with seating guests; service and bus staff with bussing dirty tables, cleaning floors, arranging tables, making pre-sets, and filling water glasses, when necessary.


• Totals receipts accurately, verifies sales and delivers receipts/cash to proper location at the end of shift.
