College Pro is currently hiring Painters and Job Site Managers for the summer of 2016. The position is a full-time summer job.
This is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer. If hired, you will work outdoors on a crew of 2-3 people and have a steady paycheck all summer long. Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary! The ideal individual for these positions is hard working, athletic, coachable, and has effective communication skills.
If you stand out as a leader, you may be selected from the interview process to be a Job Site Manager. Job Site Managers gain experience in leadership and run a crew of several painters. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you might be a good fit. Both Painter and Job Site Manager positions can lead to future promotion opportunities within College Pro.
Requirements:
- Able to work full-time throughout the summer (30-40 hours/week).
- Must have own transportation (job site locations will change).
- Manual labor required.
- Cannot be afraid of heights (ladder work required).
Pay: $9.00-$12.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities. Starting rate will depend on your location and experience. Bonuses will depend on your performance and the criteria established by your Manager.
