Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

Performs cleaning of stadium concessions areas, including main and upper concourse Responsible for cleaning assigned restroom, mopping floors, stocking dispenser, cleaning and disinfecting toilets and urinals, mirrors, emptying trash, wiping down walls and cleaning sinks Maintains friendly and positive attitude towards customers, clients and co-workers, while working efficiently to respond to customer needs Demonstrates efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions Maintains a clean and orderly environment in the assigned area to protect the safety and health of others Attend annual trainings if needed Ability to follow protocol when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials Maintain all assigned areas in a clean neat and sanitary manner Demonstrated efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions Must be able to safely lift upwards of 20lbs Performs all other tasks as assigned by a supervisor or manager

Scope:

Must have reliable transportation Standing and walking for up to a minimum of 8 hours Working in an outdoor environment, rain, snow, sleet, wind, and extreme heat Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays This position is seasonal, part-time, and is event-based Employees are required to work event days, which include all Eagles games (10 home games plus playoffs), Temple games (5 games), and all summer concerts / events (5+ events)

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

It is preferred that candidates have JANITORIAL/HOUSKEEPING experience and customer service skills 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred Working knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures Great customer service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills Ability to foster and maintain an environment promoting team work Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment in order to create great experiences for guests
