Responsibilities:
Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) will focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children and adolescents primarily in their homes. Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) will be expected to assess their patients' conditions and follow the patient's plan of care at all times. Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN/LPN) coordinate total client care including interdisciplinary communication with other health care providers, office and physician and document on the appropriate Agency forms.

Requirements :
Hold a current and unencumbered license as a Vocational or Practical nurse (LVN/LPN) in the state you are applying to. Hold a current CPR certification. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice. Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance. Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with g-buttons/g-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators. One year of home health experience. One year of pediatric experience.
