Required Experience:
- High School or GED required
- BA/BS degree preferred
- HVAC, CFC, EPA certifications required
- 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management required
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Proficiency in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry trades
- New construction and lease up experience preferred
- Working knowledge of property management software platforms, preferably Yardi
- Intermediate expertise using Microsoft office, word, excel.
- Strong, positive, motivational leadership style in managing multiple teams to success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of effective budget management and expense control
- Regular travel throughout territory is expected as well as monthly “as needed” visits to HQ in Greenbelt, MD.
- Ability to lift 50lb, perform pushing, pulling and climbing activities.
