Community Care Associate - Rosemary Ridge

We have a full-time opening for a Community Care Associate - Rosemary Ridge.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Bozzuto Management Company is seeking a quality and customer focused cleaning and maintenance professional to assist with cleaning of the property and grounds of a Bozzuto managed community. With the highest level of attention and detail one can commit to their role, the Porter will be responsible for the cleaning of the community and assisting maintenance as needed.

The Porter understands and can work independently to maintain meticulous cleanliness of grounds, common areas, stairwells, hallways, models, offices, and recreation areas.  

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate an awareness of personal strengths, areas for improvement and act independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge.

Ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong competencies and relationship skills as follows:

• Trash pick-up daily

• Clean trash area daily

• Pull weeds weekly

• Sweep halls at least once a week

• Sweep curbs twice a week

• Check hall lights once a week

• Water grounds every day in season

• Hose out hallways once per month

• Check all bandit signs daily

• Shovel snow

• Deliver newsletters/fliers as needed by 3:00 p.m.

• Check in and out for lunch, leaving property, etc.

• Vacuum/rake leaves as needed

• Help clean clubhouse, apartments when needed

• Help with maintenance as needed

• Power wash stairwells twice a year

• Various painting as needed

• Vacuum pool

• Check and clean handrails once a week

• Must be able to lift 100 pounds

• Assist and support Maintenance Superintendent as requested
