Responsibilities:

Assist in the processing and/or reproduction of engineering and construction documents to insure accuracy and timely release. Performs all functions and responsibilities in partnership with the company's culture, corporate vision, ethics and code of conduct.

+ Operate reproduction equipment such as blueprint, high speed copiers, and offset printing devices to produce legible documents.

+ Operate other equipment: padding machine, binding, folding machine, paper cutter to produce document packages per instructions from requestor.

+ Prepare document transmittal forms and distribute completed reproduction work.

+ Assist in preparing/maintaining up-to-date records documenting receipt of service requests, document and revision numbers, original distributions, revised distributions and transmittal dates.

+ Maintain and file reproduced document originals and revisions for easy retrieval. Assist in preparing monthly department reports.

+ Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity.

+ Perform additional assignments in accordance with supervisor's requests.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ High school diploma preferred with one year general office experience.

+ Knowledge of business machines, office procedures and document control systems required.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ General knowledge of construction documents beneficial.
