Department Summary :
Forever 21 is seeking an innovative, energetic, and passionate team player to add to our dynamic Global Creative team.
Job Purpose :
The Jr. Producer will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of production for Forever 21's Ad Capaigns, Editorial and E-Commerce shoots. Managing the photo shoot process by scheduling/confirming key dates and booking models, hair stylists, and makeup artists.
Deliverables :
Research up-and-coming models and possible shoot locations
Conduct Model Castings in New York, Los Angeles and other major cities to book talent for photoshoots
Manage and update comprehensive talent database
Negotiate competitive terms and rates based on usage needs for models, hairstylists and make up artists
Research and book locations; negociate booking terms and rates
Manage E-Commerce, Digital Media and Marketing photo shoots budgets
Work Closely with the Global Creative Management to schedule shoots based on upcoming campaigns and promotions
Job Requirements :
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in a fast fashion environment
Must have experience producing editorial photoshoots and have established relationships with talent agencies, studios and other vendors
Must have excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills
Must have strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be deadline driven and strive in a fast-paced environment
Must have a good personality with a positive outlook
