About this job
We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Finance Analyst. The Finance Analyst will be the key contact between Foodservice Marketing, Sales Strategy and the Brand teams. This person will provide overall support for the Brand Period Operating Reviews (POR), preparation of brand plans and forecasts, along with ad-hoc financial analyses.
Responsibilities include:
Reporting and analysis including periodic brand reporting, periodic forecast analysis and deck preparation
Supporting strategic plans and AOP development - in particular identifying critical brand growth opportunities
Assisting a broad range of senior leaders in forecasting and analysis
Crafting appropriate brand development initiatives as part of a cross functional team to support Foodservice beverage priorities
Provide ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested (ex. Mixers strategy)
Develop tracking for innovation tests, brand activation initiatives, etc. that ensure we deliver on the appropriate success criteria that have been identified
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
Work Experience:
3 - 4 years of finance analyst experience
Skills & Capabilities:
Experience with forecasting and budgeting
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
Ability to function well in a team environment
Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests
Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% of the time
