Event Host / Event Coordinator

EVENT HOST

The Event Host works directly with kids and adults to provide courteous, friendly, and professional assistance with their events. The Event Host will work closely with the Event Coordinator to make sure all aspects of each individual party are met and accommodated. They will pay particular attention to guest needs and wants.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ?

Maintain positive relations and rapport with patrons ?

Engage customers (parents and kids) in conversation ? Create a fun environment ?

Troubleshoot; appease unhappy parents when situation arises ? Responsible for set up and clean-up of party ?

Greet the party and escort them from the court to the party room ? Serve refreshment

EVENT COORDINATOR (Must Be 18 or older)

The Event Coordinator provides courteous, friendly and professional assistance during each event. The Event Assistant works closely with the Event Manager to ensure all expectations of each individual party and group are met and accommodated. They pay particular attention to guest needs and wants. The Event Assistant has expert knowledge of the Sky Zone POS and event booking system, and is responsible for the scheduling and booking of events at

Sky Zone. Event Assistant Responsibilities:

• Book Sky Zone events (birthday parties, church groups, team building events etc.)

• Ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to guests

• Ensure that Event Hosts have the necessary details for each party

• Greet and check in event participants

• Present a professional appearance at all times

• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and friendliness

• Complete confirmation calls

• Answer phone inquiries about events

• Assist with management of inventory of event supplies

• Filing duties and paperwork reporting

• Maintain positive relations and rapport with guest

• Present professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service
