Customer Service Representative, Temporary to Hire

LOCATION: Battle Ground, WA

SALARY: $13.00/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION: A local company is seeking an exceptionally professional and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team! If you pride yourself on your attentive listening skills and enjoy performing heavy data entry, we want to hear from you! The CSR will work to provide information on products and services, process orders and resolve service issues by performing the following duties:

- Accurately taking new orders over the phone.

- Coordinating with sales and production teams to meet customer deadlines.

- Maintaining detailed record of all customer interactions and transactions.

- Notifying customers of anticipated deliveries.

- Clarifying customer complaints, identifying causation of issues, selecting and explaining solutions and following up to ensure resolution.

-Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following qualifications:

- At least one year of recent customer service experience.

- High school diploma is required.  

- Superior listening and communication skills (written and verbal).

- Strong skills in data entry.

- Must be flexible and able to multi-task.

- Motivation to provide highest form of customer service required.  

- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and oral drug screen.
