This position may serve as single point of contact for all IT functions interfacing with Business to address issues and drive solutions.

The selected candidate will co-develop and manage a Master Plan of all IT related capabilities and initiatives appraise business of technology solutions and emerging technologies and support clients through the PMLC process.

- Ideal candidates must have a strong understanding of the healthcare insurance business processes, strong facilitation skills, and good team coordination / project management) skills; plus ability to capture high level business requirements and process flows if needed.

- This position may interface with executive leaders from the Business LOBs, business SMEs, IT architects, IT system SMEs, and Finance to provide key deliverables in the Discovery process. This role is internal customer facing, so proficiency in written and verbal articulation as well as presentation skills are imperative.

- This position will support the Enterprise POR Initiation process (formerly known as Discovery) for new Anthem, Inc. Plan of Record (POR) projects. Primary focus will be on coordinating the POR Initiation life cycle with business & IT partners.

- The selected candidate will typically coordinate a small team comprised of IT and business subject matter experts (SMEs) through the POR Initiation process via matrix management, in role of Initiation Manager. In other situations, this

position may coordinate & document business requirements and process flows, in role of Initiation Analyst (requirements manager), working with a different Initiation Manager.

- The POR Initiation process is the first phase in the Anthem, Inc. software development life cycle, and includes documentation of high level business requirements, high level technical solution, system impacts, program/project

structure, business case, cost estimates, executive summary, and baseline charter. This position will coordinate those activities, or may document high level business requirements in some projects

Qualifications

Account Management Exec Advisor

Requires BA/BS degree in relevant field; minimum of 9 years experience in any of the following: coaching, mentoring, monitoring and measuring Information Technology process, tools and standard practices; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Relevant certification in applicable domain, such as Project Mgmt, Quality, Availability and Reliability is preferred.

Business Relationship Management Exec Advisor

Requires Bachelor's degree in related field; 12+ years experience in any of the following: coaching, mentoring, monitoring and measuring Information Technology process, tools and standard practices; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Relevant certification in applicable domain, such as Project Mgmt, Quality, Availability and Reliability is preferred. Masters degree preferred.

- Strong experience in leading enterprise innovation initiatives, innovation methods, understanding of the latest Consumer digital technologies across Web, Mobile and Social landscape

- Strong experience in leading business analytics environment, working with the business and technology teams. Experience in modeling, approaching analytics in the Health care environment

- Experience with innovation methodology, lifecycle and immersion of innovation into the business and technology landscape. Knowledge in Cloud and Mobile aspects of the innovation/deployment

- Experience in managing/delivering innovation capabilities to the business using agile project methods. Ability to build financial business cases to scale innovation

- Experience working with Architects, Solution development teams to facilitate capability development, approach planning and problem solve issues and facilitate communications

- Experience with large scale enterprise projects in a project management or business requirements management role required

- Must be able to think and respond quickly and be able to work in a structured, process oriented environment

- Significant experience facilitating working meetings with groups of senior business and IT professionals is required

- Strong healthcare insurance business and/or technical consultative skills

- Senior level business analysis experience preferred

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills

- Strong proficiency with MS-Office suite and medium proficiency with Visio process modeling required

- End-to-end knowledge of the SDLC process

- Ability to be self-driven and work efficiently in a virtual and autonomous environment

- Ability to drive and support business case building for the desired Business capabilities
